Great with Zucchini and Potato Latkes!

Gyros

Mediterranean Marinade
flank steak
fix-ins: chopped tomato, onion, sliced cucumber
pita flat breads
Tzatziki sauce

Marinade the steak for at least 8 hours. Grill on high 4-5 min per side (med rare).

Let meat rest 5 min. Slice thinly, across the grain. Serve in flatbread (like a taco) with fix-ins and tzatziki sauce.
