Sausage and Boursin Pinwheels

I think I seriously need an intervention from my Boursin cheese addiction. These little num-nums are quick to throw together and will make your house smell amazing for breakfast!

Sausage and Boursin Pinwheels

    • 1 (8oz) tube Pillsbury crescent rolls
    • ½ lb uncooked Jimmy Dean Hot bulk sausage
    • ~3 oz spreadable Boursin cheese (half a 6.5oz tub or a scant 1/2 c Mock Boursin)
    • cooking spray

Unroll dough and seal up the seams. Spread on the sausage to within ½-in of the edges. Spread over the Boursin cheese. Roll up starting from the long side and cut into 12 slices. Place on a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray and bake ~12 min at 375 until golden and cooked through.
